- We can visit the property and see that it has
been left in the proper condition
- We can collect keys from the estate agent
and hold them for you

improvements to the property (optional).
- We can arrange quotations from quality local
tradesmen or interior designers and arrange for this work to be
carried out on your behalf
- We can act as your agent to see that the work
is carried out to an acceptable standard before payment
p) You proceed with letting the
property – either yourself or through a letting agent.
- We can organise a reputable local letting
agent to manage the property at a preferable rate
- Once the property has been let we will
hand over the running of your property to the letting agent who
will manage the property in direct consultation with you
