Our business is based in the great Border City of Carlisle, Cumbria. This places us near the edge of the Lake District National Park, just to the South of the Scottish Borders, just across the Pennines from the North East or a short drive down the M6 to the great cities of the North of England and the Peak District.

The heartland of our relocation business is the Lake District and the beautiful Eden valley, though if clients require our services in a more distant location we will happily undertake the task. The current ‘hotspots’ for property investment are also right on our doorstep (see ‘The Market’). Carlisle and Lancaster feature on some tables as the highest cities for house price growth in recent months.
