agent and make an offer.

e) If your offer is accepted
you instruct your solicitor to begin conveyancing,

local solicitor at a preferable rate
- You instruct you mortgage advisor to
begin the mortgage process
- You instruct your solicitor to do the
relevant searches
h) You find and instruct
a surveyor to carry out the necessary survey/s.
- We can offer advice on which kind of
survey to choose for your intended purchase
- We can arrange surveys with a reputable
local surveyor (at a preferable rate)
i) You assess the mortgage
valuation and survey results and decide whether to re-negotiate
the price
- We can advise you on re-negotiating
the price in the light of any new information
j) If appropriate you re-negotiate
the price with the selling agent.
- We can carry out this re-negotiation
for you if required
k) Your solicitor and the
vendor’s solicitor exchange contracts and a completion date
is set
l) You deposit the balance
to your solicitor and pay fees.
m) The process is completed
upon the clearing of funds.
