- We can visit the property and see that
it has been left in the proper condition.
- We can collect keys from the estate agent and
hold them for you until you require them
l) You carry out any necessary
improvements to the property (optional).
- We can arrange quotations from quality
local tradesmen or interior designers and arrange for this work
to be carried out on your behalf
- We can act as your agent to see that the work
is carried out to an acceptable standard before payment
o) You may wish to let out the
property for part of the year.
- We can organise a reputable local letting agent
to manage the property at a preferable rate.
- Once the property has been let we will
hand over the running of your property to the letting agent who
will manage the property in direct consultation with you
